Healthy Parent Carer Courses

Solihull Parent Carer Voice are delivering a course for parent carers around wellbeing.

This is a parent-led programme to help to improve the wellbeing of parent carers of children and young people with SEND.

The course has been designed by parent carers in conjunction with Exeter University as is aimed at helping parent carers to take small steps that are associated with better health and wellbeing.

We are delivering this as a 6 week programme and is open to any parent carer of a child living in Solihull or accessing services in Solihull.

The course will be delivered at Whar Hall Community Centre, Whar Hall Road, Solihull, B92 0PG, 9.30am – 12.30pm on:
